Left-Handed Golf Swing Analysis — Finally
10% of golfers are left-handed. 90% of swing analysis tools are built for right-handers only. The lead and trail sides are flipped, the rotation direction is reversed, and most apps just... don't handle it.
The problem
In a right-handed swing, the left side is the lead side (target side) and the right side is the trail side. For lefties, it's reversed. Every angle measurement, every phase detection threshold, every coaching cue needs to be mirrored.
Most apps don't bother. They either ignore left-handers entirely or give wrong readings because the detection model assumes right-handed.
One toggle
Soul FitCheck has a left/right toggle in the Golf page header. Switch it, and the entire analysis pipeline mirrors: lead arm becomes your right arm, trail becomes left, rotation thresholds flip.
It's a simple feature. But if you're one of the 10%, it's the difference between a tool that works and one that doesn't.
